Due to the nature of the sale of original artworks and editions, all sales are final. Delivery time will vary depending on country of origin and destination. Please note that it can take up to (4) weeks to receive your order. The studio may supply refunds or replacements at our discretion. If we decide to issue a refund or replacement for damaged work, it will be issued once the shipping company resolves the claims case and notifies us that it has been closed. The studio is not able to issue refunds after 30 days from the delivery date.
What to do if your package is lost or stolen
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping provider. If your package is unable to be found, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to assist.
What to do if your artwork is damaged
All packages that leave the studio are designed to protect artworks as best as possible. We suggest you open your package as soon as it arrives. In the event that your artwork is damaged, the insurance included in your shipping price will cover damages. If this happens, please email us at email@example.com with your order number as the subject line, images of the damage, and we will assist you in filing your claim. If you have damage claims, they need to be filed 30 days from the ship date.
What to do if your package is delayed by customs
We have no additional information for what happens at customs. The shipping company should have the most up-to-date details with your order.
Customs VAT is not included in the cost of your artwork. The recipient is responsible.
